The discussion also touched on bilateral issues between the United Kingdom and Cyprus, including the need to harmonize trade between the two countries and university fees for Cypriot students.
At the same time, the participants discussed the opportunities that open up for the UK companies to leverage Cyprus as a hub for their EU and Middle East operations, the resources available for Cypriot companies wishing to expand their operations in the UK and strategies to enhance bilateral cross-border investment between the two countries.
