The Ministry of Labor proceeded to correct typographical errors and to add the item “Occupation Description” in the application for participation in the Special Plan for Certain Categories of Self-Employed Employees.
Specifically, the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance announces that an Amending Decision of the Minister of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance was published today in the Official Gazette of the Republic on the implementation of the Special Plans for dealing with the effects of the COVID 19 virus. January 1, 2021 until January 31, 2021.
Specifically, the Special Plans for Dealing with the Impacts of the Coronavirus COIVD-19 Amending Decision (No. 84) of 2021 (KDP 38/2021) concerns:
i. in corrections of typographical errors in the Decisions for the Special Plans for Full and Partial Suspension of the Operations of the Company as well as
ii. in the addition of the item “Description of Occupation” in the application for participation in the Special Plan of Certain Categories of Self-Employed Employees (Annex I).
