The free screening program for coronavirus with rapid antigen tests of the workers continues today, Monday, while at the same time the control program of the general population is carried out.
There will be eight sampling points in the city and province of Larnaca today and three in the province of Famagusta.
Specifically in Larnaca the sampling will be carried out from 08.30 to 17.30 sampling points will operate at the Cultural Center of Agios Georgios Kontos in Larnaca, in the courtyard of the Municipal Theater of Larnaca, in the Church of the Apostle Varnavos in the area of L , in the building of the Hermes Aradippou Association, in the Community Council of Kiti, in the Old Community Council of Oroklini (1 Armonia Street) and in the Community Council of Xylofagos.
In the province of Famagusta, the three sampling points will operate from 08.30 in the morning until 17.30 in the afternoon at the Spiritual Center of the Metropolitan Church of Paralimni, the Church of Ayia Napa in Ayia Napa and the Community Council of Frenaros.
Five points in Paphos
Five sampling points within the control programs with rapid test of the general population and employees for today Monday, February 22, in Paphos, announced the Ministry of Health.

It is also clarified that citizens must provide proof of identity (eg ID, Driver's License, Passport, etc.), for identification purposes.
Meanwhile, yesterday in Paphos, 3 new cases were diagnosed after 3,261 with a positivity rate of 0.09.
In the meantime, vaccinations are continuing normally at the Paphos General Hospital, according to the Director of the Hospital, Dr. Spyros Georgiou, who stated that vaccinations were given yesterday at the Polemi Rural Health Center, to serve the residents of the communities.
In his statements to KYPE, Mr. Georgiou stated that currently the age group of 74 and over is vaccinated in two vaccination centers of the state hospital of Paphos, while in a third center, also in the Paphos Hospital, the vulnerable groups are vaccinated.
In addition, continued Dr. Georgiou, vaccinations are performed some days of the week at the Polis Chrysochous Hospital.
