The Ministry of Health announces that today, February 23, 2022:

& # 8211; 3 deaths announced
& # 8211; Concerning:
o Man, aged 74, who died on February 22
Man, aged 77, who died on February 22
Man, aged 81, who died on February 22 February
& # 8211; Total number of deaths with a final cause of COVID-19: 833.
& # 8211; 161 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized in OKYPY hospitals
& # 8211; 36 in serious condition (ICU: 0 out of ventilator/13 intubated, MAF: 23)
& # 8211; Percentage of patients without a history of vaccination: 64.38%
& # 8211; 23 patients who have ceased to be infectious continue to be treated by intubation due to COVID in an Intensive Care Unit.

Diagnostic tests:
& # 8211; A total of 96,880 diagnostic tests were performed
& # 8211; 2,167 new cases were identified (total of 313,406 cases).
& # 8211; Positiveness rate in all tests 2.24%

Total number of molecular tests (PCR):
& # 8211; 6,183 molecular tests were performed
& # 8211; 319 positive incidents occurred
& # 8211; Position rate 5.16%
& # 8211; Total Rapid Test:
& # 8211; 90,697 rapid antigen detection tests performed
& # 8211; 1,848 positive incidents occurred
& # 8211; Position rate 2.04%

Tracking:
& # 8211; 515 molecular tests were performed and 53 positive cases were detected (positivity rate 10.29%)
& # 8211; 1,041 rapid antigen detection tests were performed and 82 positive cases were detected (7.88% positivity rate)
Private initiative:
& # 8211; 1,627 molecular tests were performed, 171 positive cases were identified (positivity rate 10.51%)
& # 8211; 45,234 rapid antigen detection tests were performed, 1,016 positive cases were detected (2.25% positivity rate)

45,463 rapid antigen detection tests were performed through the programs of the Ministry of Health. 832 positive cases detected.

& # 8211; Sampling points: 25,047 rapid detection tests identified 605 positive cases (positivity rate 2.42%)

Training
& # 8211; Secondary Education: 12,063 rapid detection tests identified 78 positive cases (positivity rate 0.65%)
& # 8211; Test-to-Stay: 4,534 rapid antigen detection tests were performed and 55 positive cases were detected (positivity rate 1.21%)
& # 8211; Special Schools: 92 rapid antigen detection tests were performed and no positive cases were detected (0% positivity rate)

Other
& # 8211; Nursing homes: 1,168 rapid antigen detection tests were performed, 11 positive cases were detected (0.94% positivity rate)
& # 8211; Closed structures: 1,576 rapid antigen detection tests were performed and 1 new case was detected (0.06% positivity rate).
& # 8211; Government Services: 122 rapid antigen detection tests performed and no positive cases detected (0% positivity rate)
