The Deputy Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with the Agency “Cyprus Hospitality” are organizing the Cyprus Hospitality Awards 2023 with the last day for submitting nominations being November 11.
According to an announcement from the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, the Cyprus Hospitality Awards are a new institution of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, which recognizes and rewards people who are active in the wide range of tourism and hospitality.
The awards include award categories in two main pillars, Hospitality Experience and Online Reputation, and nominations can be made from the website https://hospitalityawards.cy/
It is clarified that the first pillar, titled hospitality experience, includes award categories, at individual or group level, for which the public is invited to submit a reasoned nomination, proposing a specific person or group of people, who demonstrated excellent hospitality, going above and beyond the call of duty, offering exemplary hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for the visitor during his stay in Cyprus.
The second pillar, with titled online reputation, includes corporate-level award categories that do not require public nominations. The second pillar awards the companies/agencies that have distinguished themselves by the evaluations of the visitors of Cyprus on the various online evaluation platforms, for the overall image of the products and/or services they provide.
The winner in each category is automatically determined by the Online Reputation Management (ORM) system of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, which gathers and analyzes the evaluations of visitors to Cyprus, as they were posted on the various online evaluation platforms, it is stated at the end .
