Information on the development of the vaccination program in Cyprus until July 23 was published by the Ministry of Health. As the data show, in total, at least 71.7% of the adult population (18+) was vaccinated with the first dose, and 63.2% of the adult population completed their vaccination regimen.

In total, at least 71.7% of the adult population (18+) was vaccinated with the first dose, and 63.2% of the adult population completed their vaccination regimen.
According to data from the Statistical Service (2019), it is estimated that 202,781 people aged 18 and over have not yet been vaccinated .
In relation to the vaccination coverage per Province, as shown in the attached map, Paphos remains very high, having exceeded 80% of its population that has received at least the first dose (80.7%) . It is followed by the Provinces of Famagusta and Nicosia with 77.6% and 72.3% respectively and the Province of Limassol with 69.8%. Larnaca Province remains low compared to the other Provinces with 66.1% .
From July 15 to July 23, a total of 5,877 vaccinations were carried out in the free centers in Cyprus.
