Cyta: Suspension of service interruption due to unpaid bills

CYTA announced the suspension of the operation of Cytashop and the suspension of services due to unpaid bills until January 31, 2021.

In this context and in connection with the new measures announced by the Government yesterday, Cyta announces the following:

1. The operation of all Cytashop stores is suspended, which, according to the new measures, will remain closed for a period of three weeks until Sunday, January 31, 2021.

2. The interruption of services due to unpaid bills is suspended. Account payments can only be made electronically, as described at https://youtu.be/oIFQ3TQ-RaA

3. Customer Contact Center 132 remains available to customers and the general public and Call Center 150 will continue to serve Business Customers.

4. Customers are encouraged to use the services on the website www.cyta.com.cy for their service. It is reminded that the services offered electronically are:
