The approval of the offer for the building that housed for decades the supermarket Municipality in Strovolos, was announced on its website by Go Gordian.
The property is essentially a three-storey commercial building in Strovolos located just a few meters from Strovolos Town Hall, on the main avenue of Strovolos.
The building has a basement with an interior area of 640 sq.m. in a single layout. The ground floor has an interior area of 550 sq.m. and the mezzanine 280 sq.m. The first floor has an interior area of 500 sq.m. and was designed as an office space, divided by plasterboard into eight smaller spaces, a meeting room, a kitchen, changing rooms and other ancillary spaces.
The second floor has an interior area of 500 sq.m. and was used in half. It has been formed into six smaller offices, kitchen, locker rooms and other ancillary spaces, with the remaining 250 sq.m. to have remained unexploited.
It should be noted that Gordian, although initially asking for € 1.8 million for the sale of the building, nevertheless dropped the price to € 1,375,000.
