Θανατος 41χρον&omicron ;υ:Φόνο εκ προμελΕτης στις Κεντρ ικές Φυλακές διερευνούν οι Αρχές /></p> <p> <strong>The Police are investigating the death of a 41-year-old prisoner in the Central Prisons as premeditated murder.</strong></p> <p> According to the first information, the 41-year-old Turkish Cypriot,  Tansu Cidan, has multiple wounds and injuries in various parts of his body.</p> <p> It is recalled that according to an announcement from the Central Prisons, “the prisoner was found unconscious in his cell by fellow inmates and staff members were immediately notified together with nurses who rushed to the scene providing first aid, until the arrival of the ambulance, however despite efforts, he had not been revived.</p> <p> The medical officer certified his death and his family was notified. </p> <p>The causes of death are being investigated by the investigation being carried out by the Police, who were called from the first moment to investigate, as well as by the Department of Prisons.</p> <p> <strong>The announcement of the Police</strong>< /p> </p> <p> Around 9.55 last night the Police were informed by the Central Prisons about the death of 41-year-old Tansu Cidan, who was a convict in the Central Prisons.</p> <p> Members of the Agios Dometios Police Station and TAE Nicosia went immediately to the General Hospital of Nicosia where the body of the 41-year-old had been transferred. During the inspection of the body it was found that he had multiple wounds and injuries, while at the same time the Medical Examiners A. Papetta and O.
