Which legal acts will also concern the opening hours
The Department of Cadastre and Land Surveying (TCX) announces that, following the technical problem presented in the “Cadastre Portal”, the gradual restoration of specific legal acts in the District Cadastre Offices will begin from Wednesday, March 15, 2023 , at the District Land Office of Nicosia.
As he states in his announcement, the legal actions will only concern the acceptance of Declarations of Transfers, Mortgages and Encumbrances and only for parcels/properties of the District of Nicosia .
Acceptance hours will be between 8 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. and for the acceptance of Declarations of Transfers and Mortgages, the existing procedure of appointments will be observed.
The public is requested to follow the above procedures, so as to achieve the best possible service of. A later announcement will follow regarding the reopening time of the remaining Provincial Land Registry Offices.
The Department of Land Registry and Land Surveying and the Ministry of the Interior apologize again for any inconvenience caused and are working intensively to repair of the technical problems, the announcement concludes.
