A car accident occurred shortly after 16:30 on Sunday afternoon on the Nicosia-Limassol highway at the height of the Chapel, near Agios Tychonas.
According to a statement from the Police, four vehicles, under conditions that are being investigated, collided with each other, while three people were injured in the accident and were taken to the hospital.
Due to the traffic accident, there was a traffic jam on the highway, with the citizens being called to be very patient.
The Police are at the scene for examinations and to facilitate traffic.
