The Undersecretary underlined that “the pillar of e-government that has to do with services to citizens and businesses is a large part of the digital transformation of the country, but through the Recovery and Sustainability Plan 2021 – 2027 we reach the wider social and economic web of the country “.
For example, Mr. Kokkinos brought the digital upgrade of all citizens of all ages, such as improving coverage and broadband and more, and added that research and innovation issues are also covered in various areas.
Regarding the plans for e-government, ie state services to citizens and businesses, Mr. Kokkinos stressed that “an ambitious and very detailed action plan has been prepared which again has its challenges because in a short time we have a long way to go “.
The Undersecretary also said that “with the usual approaches we can not cover the ground that we have to cover and the business world and the public must find new ways to approach all these challenges.”
Regarding a specific timetable for the implementation of the objectives, Mr. Kokkinos clarified that the Recovery and Sustainability Plan sets a specific timetable that reaches 2026 for the implementation of all projects and reforms in order to disburse the amounts corresponding to these actions.
