Announcement of the EAC Board of Directors – Satisfaction for suspension of strike measures

The Board of Directors of the EAC, with its announcement, expresses its satisfaction with the decision of the Trade Unions to suspend the measures that had been announced.
“A decision of prudence and responsibility in difficult times for all”, it says.
The suspension of the measures, notes the EAC, contributes to the continuation of the constructive dialogue between all the parties concerned for a solution of the various issues that concern the Organization.
It is recalled that Kyriakos Kousios and Trade Union Organizations met in the afternoon and as a result of the meeting, it was decided to suspend the strike measures. The two sides, after this development, enter into a dialogue.
