It was also suggested that the annual incomes of the low-income pensioners should not be included in the sponsorship from the KOAP, nor the student sponsorship, nor the assistance paid by the low-income pensioners in the GESS.
Mr. Skarparis also referred to the unjustifiably long delay observed in the examination of applications and the indignation of pensioners who can not call the competent service to be informed about the long delay while at the same time can not even visit its offices. service since they are closed to the public.

EKYSY also raised the issue of increasing the rent allowance paid to beneficiaries since based on its estimate the amount paid is about 50% of the actual amount in relation to the cost and suggested that the rent should not be calculated in the total allowance to which it is entitled a low-income retiree, the announcement concludes.
