Eleven complaints to an ADE Paphos company for combating the phenomenon of noise pollution – They were broadcasting music without permission from the competent authority

A coordinated operation was carried out on Saturday night by members of ADE Pafos with an emphasis on combating the phenomenon of noise pollution, in the context which resulted in 11 complaints of premises broadcasting music without a license from the competent authority, according to Paphos police chief Nikos Tsapis.
Mr. Tsapis stated that there were also 10 complaints that concern personal mobility devices on an expressway (scooters).
A 30-year-old man was also arrested, who was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol with a preliminary reading of 114mg instead of 22mg which is the permitted limit.
The 30-year-old allegedly refused to provide a final exam sample and attacked a member of the Pafos Traffic Police.
