Emirates resumes flights from Larnaca to Malta

Three weekly flights to Malta via Larnaca from 14 July 2021, further expanding its European network to 34 destinations and offering customers worldwide more travel options and improved connectivity via Dubai, Emirates said in a statement.

Flights to / from Malta will be operated three times a week via the airline's existing Larnaca service, with Emirates Flight EK 109 departing from Dubai (DXB) every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Emirates customers also have unrestricted access to European cities through the airline's common code agreement with Air Malta.

Emirates, according to the announcement, will now operate 280 weekly flights from Dubai to cities in Europe, the US, the Middle East, Africa and other popular places in July, for travelers who want to embark on their long-awaited adventures and experiences. this summer without the hassle, cost or stress of quarantine.

Finally, from 2 June 2021, Emirates passengers traveling to Malta who are 5 years of age or older must have a negative COVID-19 test certificate of the last 72 hours must also present a completed passenger tracking form (PLF) and a negative PCR COVID-19 test certificate at check-in to be accepted for travel to Malta, while fully Malta nationals or Maltese holders of a residence permit may present a Maltese vaccination certificate instead of a negative certificate COVID-19 PCR test when returning to Malta.
