PASYDY is requesting a change in the regulations governing the time of arrival and departure of government officials from their jobs, following the latest circular issued by the Department of Public Administration and Personnel (BTD). By amending the relevant regulations, PASYDY anticipates that the schedule will become more flexible for certain categories of civil servants and especially for those who come from other cities and use public transport to get to their workplaces.
The new circular of the TSI states that the existing regulations for working hours of employees in the Public Service are not applied uniformly, resulting in non-uniformity in the operation of the electrical system that records the time of arrival and departure of employees. & nbsp;
The circular ignited fires and PASYDY has already taken steps towards the ministers of Finance and Transport, requesting the amendment of the relevant regulations, so that a flexible timetable is applied properly. According to PASYDY, the faithful implementation of the circular will create serious practical problems for 300 civil servants from other cities, who go to work through public transport. & Nbsp;
