“Emptying” a court from the Supreme Court – Four young people wrongly imprisoned until their trial

The Court of First Instance was left exposed in relation to its decision to detain four young defendants as defendants until the end of their trial.

The Supreme Court concluded last Wednesday (27/10) that the Court of First Instance not only did not adequately justify its relevant decision, but it was taken without counting key factors.

Thus, the appellate court decided that the four defendants should be released, after specific conditions were first set by the court.
