At Parimatch Cyprus, Ms. Hatjiantoniou was instrumental in leading HR initiatives that supported the company's rapid growth and expansion into new markets. A respected leader and visionary, Ms. Hadjiantoniou's career has been defined by her dedication to fostering inclusive, dynamic and high-performance company cultures. Holding a Masters in Human Resource Management from Surrey University, UK, and a certified CSO practitioner, she is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Marianna is also a Founder and Director at PERHA Group and provides consulting services across all HR functions and HR and business related issues. Her leadership extends beyond the corporate sphere to significant contributions to community service, as evidenced by her roles at CSR Cyprus and the Red Cross Limassol branch and her support and collaboration with the One Dream One Wish Association.< /p>
