On the occasion of yesterday's publications and photos of the discharge of water into the sea of Limassol, which caused concern among the citizens, the Limassol District Self-Government Organization informs in its announcement that the specific incident concerned the leakage of irrigation water and reassures the citizens.
“The Limassol Local Government Organization assures the public that in cooperation with the competent authorities, all the necessary measures have been taken and the flow of water to the sea has been stopped” says the Organization.
