Elder Ephraim was intubated this morning, as his condition worsened, according to information from Mega. His condition is considered serious and the next 2-3 days are characterized as critical, according to the TV station.
It is recalled that the abbot of Vatopedi Monastery was diagnosed positive in the coronavirus on May 21 and on May 28 he was admitted to “Evangelismos”, due to his underlying diseases. The next day it was deemed necessary to be admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital.
