Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan will hold talks with the Russian and Ukrainian delegations before the start of the talks, today, at 10.30, at the Dolma Bahce Palace in Besiktas in Istanbul, as reported by the Turkish newspaper Hürriyet. According to the newspaper, while the Russian delegation arrived in Istanbul early yesterday at 16:00, the Ukrainian delegation had to travel by road to a neighboring country due to the war. and thus arrived in Istanbul at 22.00 by Turkish plane.
On its front page, the newspaper Yeni φάafak, entitled “Let Dolma Bahce bring peace”, writes that Turkey is not participating in the negotiations and that if they succeed will pave the way for a Putin-Zelensky meeting.
