In the decision of the Ministry of Labor, which justifies the colleagues and our Organization, a list is attached with the names of the affected colleagues, who are all members of ETYK, she states in her circular.

The circular is as follows: & nbsp;
, we feel the obligation to restore the truth.
It is well known that ETYK was the one that highlighted , from a very early age, the issue of restoring the salary reductions for the colleagues of the former Cooperative Bank of Cyprus that is in the Hellenic Bank.
We must remind that, ONLY ETYK referred the issue to the Ministry of Labor, for its members and claimed and fought for a long time for justice to be done.
For the developments on this subject, we regularly informed our members through our circulars to our colleagues and of course they are still posted on the website of our Organization.
We must also emphasize that, in the letter/decision of the Ministry of Labor, dated 17/3/2022, which justifies the colleagues and our Organization, a list is attached with the names of the affected colleagues, who, & nbsp; are all members of ETYK . & nbsp;
We inform you that, inadvertently, the Ministry of Labor has not included in the above list, the names of our 30 members who were included in the list that we referred to the Ministry of Labor and we have already requested our letter to correct this mistake.
Because some people are trying to appropriate the success of ETYK (salary restoration) we have to ask them a simple question for reasons of order:
Since they believed in it and knew the law of their colleagues, why did they not claim it even for the only two members who have a place in the Hellenic Bank and are affected by the return of salaries?
On the contrary, they preferred to silence it to create spirit cooperation with the Management of Elliniki and let ETYK clash with the Management of Elliniki.
It is unacceptable when some people try to present successes of ETYK as their own and even more so that others rush to promote them.
Also, unfortunately, there are some publications that distort the facts and try (obviously because of the empathy that some “ordinary suspects” have for ETYK) to attribute this success to others, which have nothing to do with the process of claiming before the Ministry of Labor, which is why the reaction and indignation of our Organization and our members is justifiably provoked.
