39. The European Council reaffirms the EU 's support for the efforts of the G5 Sahel countries to strengthen governance, the rule of law and the provision of public services in their territory.

IX. Ethiopia

40. X. Cyber security

42. The European Council condemns the recent malicious activity in cyberspace against Member States, including Ireland and Poland. Calls on the Council to consider appropriate measures in the context of the cybersecurity toolkit.
