Faidonos: Appeal against the Municipality of Paphos for the project of smart water management and measurement was rejected

As stated by Mr. Faidonos with a unanimous decision issued on Par May 20, the Tender Review Authority rejected the Appeal (no. 6/2022) filed by Logicom Solutions Ltd against the Municipality of Paphos regarding the award decision of the Tender (no. 24/2021) entitled “Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of an Integrated Smart Water Management and Metering System for the Municipality of Pafos ”in the company Olympios Emporiki SA

” All the reasons for cancellation put forward by the applicants were found unfounded and the actions of the Municipality of Paphos were deemed correct, lawful and ratified “, the Mayor of Paphos notes in his overthrow.
