Following the decision of the Council of Ministers, dated 20 April 2022, the Ministry of Health informs that from Tuesday 26 April 2022, the auxiliary/4th installment will be granted to persons over 60 years of age. Beneficiaries will be able to receive the booster/4th installment by arranging an appointment at the vaccination portal, or through the walk-in vaccination centers that operate in all provinces.
It is emphasized that the Spyros Kyprianou vaccination center in Limassol from Tuesday, April 26, 2022, will operate temporarily at the Linopetra Health Center, due to sports activities.
Specifically, the support/4th dose is granted:
· to people over 60 (presenting ID or passport and vaccination card),
· to people of all ages living or working in nursing homes and closed structures (presenting ID or passport and vaccination card),
· to health professionals regardless of age (presenting identity card or passport, vaccination card and professional license),
; the period of five (5) months has passed from the receipt of the booster/3rd installment
* Immunodeficient and immunosuppressed patients can come to the vaccination centers for free access (walk in) by presenting a medical certificate from a specialist (identity card or passport, vaccination card) or may express interest in making an appointment for a vaccination appointment, Email: [email protected]
* Immunosuppressed patients:
· In active treatment for solid tumors and haematological malignancies
< p> · With a history of solid organ transplantation receiving immunosuppressive therapy
· With a history of primary hematopoietic organ transplantation receiving immunosuppressive therapy
· People with inherited immunodeficiency
· People with HIV/AIDS
· People on immunosuppressive therapy biological agents
Cortisone intake for individuals who have received or are receiving a total dose of 10 mg prednisone/day (= 8 mg methylprednisolone) for one (1) month in the last six months.
· With renal insufficiency undergoing dialysis or peritoneal dialysis.

It is noted that the vaccination centers will close for the Easter holidays on Friday 22 April and will reopen on Tuesday 26 April .
