The who is who of the striker that AEK Larnaca has set its sights on
The transfer planning in AEK ahead of the new year started with the Larnaca team to be in advanced contact with Fran Saul, with the player already in Cyprus and negotiating his future with the “yellow and green”.
This is a 31-year-old forward, who has a rich CV and in this stands out as coming from Real Madrid's academies, as he made it all the way to the 'Queen's' second team, while playing 31 games for Real Madrid C, scoring seven goals. In general, Sol never managed to compete in the first team of Real, but the fact that he comes from its roots is not something you can find in any player.
The Spanish striker also played for Lugo, Eibar, Tenerife as well as Dutch side Willem. At the moment he is a football player of Dynamo Kyiv until December 2023. This season he played on loan in Malaga, with which he made 32 appearances, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
Soll has been with Dynamo since January 2019, but with the Ukrainian team he has only made 23 appearances, four goals and two assists in four years, as he has been loaned out for three years to Tenerife, Eibar and Malaga.
Total in his career he recorded 348 appearances, scored 105 goals, provided 11 assists, received 40 yellow cards and two reds. He has a championship, Cup and Super Cup of Ukraine under his belt, while he was also the top scorer in the second division of Spain in 2015-16 with 16 goals.
As everything shows, the Iberian striker will manage to break his contract with Dynamo Kyiv and will become Skaliotis by signing a new contract with AEK.
