French President Emmanuel Macron will address the French people on November 9 at 9:00 pm, the Palais des Champs-Elysees announced today.
Macron will talk about the resurgence of Covid-19 infections as well as other issues, French government spokesman Gabriel Atal told reporters earlier.
“The epidemic is accelerating again in Europe, Europe has once again become the epicenter of the epidemic,” Atal said.
The French government spokesman added that Macron would review the situation at Covid-19, as well as talk about the economic recovery, his government's reform agenda and other issues.
Epidemiologists are advocating expanding the scope of the vaccine booster campaign to include new categories of people in the vaccine.
