The Paphos Region Tourism Development and Promotion Company, continuing its promotion efforts & nbsp; In order to increase the number of visitors to the Akama Regional Museum of Rural Life in Drousia and the Akama Geology and Paleontology Information Center in Arodes, it has planned free guided tours for the next four months as well as a live presentation of traditional arts and professions. & nbsp;
In the case of the Museum of Drossia, a licensed tour guide will be present at the site every Saturday from 9.30am-1.00pm to provide guided tours, explanations, and general information in both Greek and English, while professionals in traditional arts and professions & nbsp; of the region, with the support of the Ministry of Tourism will demonstrate their skills and produce live culture. & nbsp; & nbsp;
At the Akamas Geology and Paleontology Information Center in Arodes, the center's staff will provide a guided tour throughout the site, from Monday to Friday from 10.00am-5.00pm and on Saturday from 10.00am-2.30pm. to the visitors and will share with them information about the magical world of Cypriot geology and paleontology. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp;
visitors as well as permanent residents to visit these unique landmarks and get to know the beautiful wider area of Akama and Laonas, with free entrance to them.
The whole effort is part of the strategy of the Ministry Tourism and Paphos institutions to highlight the countryside, promote special features & nbsp; and restore it to sustainable growth.
