Great victory for Apollon who prevailed 3-2 over APOEL in “Alfamega”, took an important step for Europe and at the same time gave the title of champion to Mars! The goals of the match were scored by Kvilitaia 21', 90+4', Pittas 30', 70' and Warda 80'.
First half
The game in Limassol started at a fast pace with Apollon having possession of the ball and APOEL waiting in their own half.
Then the “blue and yellow” equalized and lost the first good phase of the match in 13', with Chebak converging from the right, making the shot and the ball going wide.
Antone's team “answered” in the 16' with a direct foul by Kohl which forced Belets to score with a second attempt.
Five minutes later, Milojevic's team opened the scoring with Kvilitaia! Georgianos took the header from the corner taken by Marquinios and sent the ball into the right corner of Jovanovic who was unable to react.
But in the 30th minute, the Limassol team reacted and equalized with Pitta! Dighini made the parallel cross from the right with the Cypriot forward unmarked in the heart of the APOEL area and with a shot in the first half he sent the ball into the net of Belets.

Second half
With Apollon having the initiative of the movements, the second half began in Limassol.
