Volunteer cyclist Petros Stylianou Ppolos and his team mobilized again to support the family of a child who was in a hospital in Germany for a bone marrow transplant.
Petros Stylianou and other volunteers, after the event at the entrances of the Stelios Kyriakides stadium before the football match between Paphos and Aris on Wednesday, January 3, went again on Saturday, Epiphany day, to Limanaki in Kato Paphos to collect financial aid.
Cyclist Petros Stylianou Ppolos wished Happy Lights to everyone always with health and happiness, noting that he dived into the waters of Paphos like every year for all these children and people who are having a hard time and fighting their own battle against cancer.
He also told all those children suffering from cancer “that they can get well if they just believe it”.
I can continue, “to fight and I don’t give up the battle until the end”, adding that “we are fighters at the same time collecting money for little Stylianos Anastasiou who is in Germany for bone marrow transplant”. He also invited those who wish to support this effort by buying 5 and 10-euro notes. Finally, he thanked the audience for their great love and continuous support for his fight.
