Life imprisonment and additional imprisonment of 11 years and six months, is the final sentence imposed by the court, the Mixed Jury Court of Athens, on Babis Anagnostopoulos, for the murder of Caroline, the killing of her dog family but also for the other two misdemeanors attributed to him (continuous false testimony and false complaint). The court also imposed a fine on the accused amounting to 21.00 euros.
The decision is unanimous, as is the decision not to recognize mitigating circumstances to the accused.
