The Minister of Health, Thanos Plevris, announced the tightening of the legislative framework for the virtual vaccinations on the occasion of the incidents of virtual vaccinations in the center of Palamas in Karditsa.
Speaking exclusively to SKAI, he stated that “a special law is coming for monkey vaccinations”.
It is recalled that this change comes after the fact that an employee confirmed to the vaccination system that citizens had been vaccinated against the coronavirus, without this having happened.
An investigation revealed that, in August alone, 47 citizens received false certificates that they had been vaccinated, without even being found at the specific vaccination center.
Virtual vaccination papers did not bear the doctor's stamp. According to information, the administrative employee was taking advantage of the trust of a specific doctor and, when she was on duty, she was illegally entering the electronic system with the doctor's codes.
Yesterday, the Minister of Health, in a post on Twitter, wrote that “regarding the incident in Karditsa for sham vaccinations in KY Palamas, I contacted the commander of the 5th RAE and asked him to order a SED and to immediately inform the prosecutor's office. There will be no tolerance for such incidents. “
The commander of the 5th Health District of Thessaly and Central Greece, Fotis Seretis, ordered the Sworn Administrative Examination.
The supervised employee was temporarily removed from her position, while the possible involvement of a nurse is being investigated.
