Green light for same-sex marriage in Greece

The right to same-sex marriage is very seriously considered by the government.

According to valid information cited by the newspaper “TA NEA” and the journalist George Papachristos, The government has in principle accepted the relevant request of the LGBTQI community, however the adoption is delayed because the lawyers dealing with the regulation have not yet settled on the issue of related rights that will result from such marriages.
