HC Management of Medical Center PLC (MMC) (www.hcmedicalcenter.com), in partnership with Hadassah Medical Ltd (https://www.hadassah.org.il/), a subsidiary of the internationally renowned medical organization, Hadassah Medical Organization , are rapidly designing the iconic, groundbreaking Hadassah Health Park project in Nicosia.
The development, which aims at the top of Medical Services and Rehabilitation services, both locally and regionally, is located in Nicosia, in a location with easy access to the Limassol and Larnaca highways.

MMC has outsourced ADP Architecture (https://www.adp-architecture.com/) from the United Kingdom and Spector Amisar Architects (https://www.spector-amisar.com/) from Israel, as well as at the local architectural office ENA pros EKATO (CONSTANTI ARCHITECTS) (https://constantiarchitects.com/), the joint design of medical facilities. These include a state-of-the-art state-of-the-art Hospital, as well as Centers of Excellence.
It is worth noting that the international construction giant Bouygues Batiment International (https://www.bouyguesbatimentinternational.com) participates as a consultant in the project and has an active role in the design of both medical facilities and living spaces, with an active investment interest.
Applications for the necessary permits are in progress and construction is expected to begin as soon as the relevant approvals are received within 2021.
