One of the three men who were injured during the wild incidents that took place shortly before midnight on Friday at a well-known beach bar in Chanioti, Halkidiki, is hospitalized in a serious condition.
The wild shooting incident, knives and wood, unfolded among Bulgarian patrons and in front of the surprised eyes of dozens of people who at that time were having fun in the store.
A man was wounded in the chest by a firearm, and his condition is considered particularly serious. Another was stabbed and one suffered beating injuries. Two ambulances picked up all three injured and took them to Kassandreia Health Center, while the gunshot wound was taken to Polygyros Hospital.
Five arrests
At the time of the brawl at the beach bar live music night was in progress.
EL.AS made five arrests and is investigating the causes and circumstances under which the bloody episode took place. According to ERT, the owner of the beach bar got into a confrontation with about four patrons, who were carrying clubs and knives.
OPKE was also called to the scene, while as soon as the police arrived, shots were heard.

The rescuer description
“At approximately 24:00 I was alerted to a serious shooting incident involving several people at a beach store in our area… In exactly two minutes I arrived on scene as a first responder with full gear and immediately focused on the unfortunate man who had received a bullet. in the sternum…” describes the volunteer rescuer, Ioannis Kolokythas, who was found at the scene.
“After contacting EKAB, I asked for specific instructions for the incident with a bullet wound… At the same time, I asked for two ambulances, since there were two other injured people, and especially one of the multiple blows he received on the head in combination with the pepper spray” says Mr. Kolokythas, in his post, where he accompanies her with photos from the event.
