There is nothing else.” With this report, he also pointed out that there is no longer any doubt about the municipality's illegal dealings with this businessman, stressing that the documents in his possession are official and come from public services.</p> <p>In addition, the tragic father noted that these documents refer to direct assignments of 2021, without the relevant decisions being signed by the city council, which reveals the irregularity of the transactions. On Monday, Mr. Kampailis will submit the documents to the Halkidiki prosecutor's office, requesting its immediate intervention.</p> <p>He warned that if the prosecutor's office does not proceed with the necessary actions, he will be forced to take action in the same way that those who represent him violate the law. “I give you my word as a father, first and then as a human being, that I will act in the same way,” he said characteristically, highlighting his anger and disappointment.</p> <p>At the same time, Mr. Kampailis revealed that the dangerous machine, in which the accident happened, was a self-made one from Thessaloniki, which was bought in 2020 by a businessman in Katerini, who had abandoned it since 2010. This machine, according to him, was bought as scrapped by the current owner of the amusement park to be taken to Bulgaria for rebuilding. However, instead of doing this, the machine remained in Greece, where as of 2020 it received certifications from major companies about its reliability, but without these certifications being reliable. Mr. Kabailis, through his statements, implies that there is a chain of irregularities and omissions that led to the tragic event, which strengthens his determination to seek justice for his son's death.</p> <p><noindex></p> <div class=Source: 24h.com.cy
