More light on the case is expected to be shed by the testimonies of the of children who were near the little girl, who will give a statement to the police in the presence of their parents and a child psychologist.

The drowning happened before lunch

She herself admitted to the police that she never counted the children who came out of the swimming pool and realized that 8-year-old Angeliki was missing during lunch. Then he started looking for her alone, without informing the camp officials.

At the same time, the lifeguard claimed in her testimony that “she didn't see anyone in the pool and locked herself”.

Psychologically overwhelmed, the relatives of the unfortunate girl follow the statements of the workers, which, however, do not cover them.

“According to their (the workers') statements, they were present, but I don't think… how present can they be? I believe that the child drowned and no one saw him. At bath time and at some point he disappeared. We have been moving legally for a week, we will appoint someone”, says the minor's grandfather.

According to the forensic report, in the 8-year-old's stomach were found a few food residues, which were probably from her breakfast and consequently the little girl had not gone to the dining room with the other children to eat her lunch.
