As part of the traffic checks, members of the Police stopped a car on a road in Aglantzia for inspection.
As it turned out from the examinations, the driver of the vehicle was a 27-year-old who presented a driver's license on country which at first sight appears to be counterfeit. A further investigation revealed that the 27-year-old was in possession of a total of 16 credit cards, which appear to belong to other persons.
He was subsequently detained while the Omorfita Police Station continues its investigations.
