A total of 39,550 euros was handed over by a 43-year-old domestic helper, who was arrested for stealing the money from the 52-year-old's home in Limassol, last Monday. He was detained for six days in the morning.
The 43-year-old was arrested last night after evaluating evidence and posting a photo from a closed-circuit surveillance, where she appears to be outside the house at the time of the burglary in question.
The 43-year-old woman, who occasionally worked at home as a domestic helper, was interrogated, allegedly admitted to stealing the money and returned 39,550 euros, while according to the complainant, the amount of money stolen was 40 thousand euros.
The suspect was taken to court in the morning, which ordered her 6-day detention.
