An arrest for drugs and complaints at leisure centers in an operation in Paphos – Loudspeakers were confiscated – Four premises operated without permits

In arrestone person for drugs and in six complaints of recreation centers for violations regarding their operation, the members of the Paphos Traffic Police and the Paphos ADE, the last twenty-four hours, as part of a coordinated operation.
According to the Paphos police director Nikos Tsapis, they made 47 complaints, most of which concern driving under the influence of alcohol.
In addition, Mr. Tsapis stated that during the coordinated operation by the members of the Paphos police department a young man was found in possession of drugs and he was arrested.
The operation was also extended to leisure centers, continued the police director of Paphos. In two of them, with search warrants, loudspeakers broadcasting music without a license were seized, while another four without licenses operating the recreation centers were found.
