The Paphos Crime Investigation Department is investigating a case of injury, stabbing, joint attack and public insult.
According to the Police, it was reported yesterday afternoon by a 22-year-old who works in a restaurant as a cook in the area of Tombs of the Kings, that after a verbal confrontation he had with a 23-year-old, brother of the restaurant owner, he pulled out a knife and slightly injured his left eyebrow .
Following the complaint of the 22-year-old cook, members of the Paphos Crime Detection Department visited the scene.
After further examinations, an arrest warrant was issued against the 23-year-old, who was searched but was not located and is wanted.
The 22-year-old was transported to the Accident and Emergency Department of Paphos Hospital where he underwent suturing and was then discharged.
The exams are continued by TAE Paphos.
