ΕΙχε στην κατ&omicron ;χor το&upsilon? λorφθη 38χρονος μετà απο καταδωξη /></p> <p> A 38-year-old man was taken into custody for possessing a metal detector device without the written permission of the Department of Antiquities after a chase.</p> <p> According to the Press Representative of ADE Paphos and Head of TAE Paphos Michalis Nikolaou, forty-five minutes after midnight the patrol of the Pafos Crime Prevention Ulam detected in  Archbishop Makariou Avenue in Konya a car that was parked in a kiosk and did not have registration plates.</p> <p> When they approached him for control purposes, the driver developed speed with the intention of escaping. He was then pursued and finally stopped. As it became clear from further examinations, it was driven by a 38-year-old man and inside his vehicle was found a device which is a metal detector, the possession of which is prohibited without the written permission of the Department of Antiquities.</p> <p> The 38-year-old man was arrested for an unprovoked crime. He further refused to submit to a drug test.
