In order to better serve bedridden people who wish to be vaccinated with the updated bivalent vaccines that include the BA.1, BA.4 and BA.5 sub-variants of the Omicron variant, the Ministry of Health states that the administration of booster doses of vaccine will be done according to home or at the patients' place of residence by specialized nurses, who will contact the applicants to arrange an appointment for vaccination, assuming that the period of 5 months has passed since the previous booster dose of vaccine.

< p>In its announcement, the Ministry of Health states that beneficiaries are bedridden patients who have already completed their basic vaccination with the previous doses.

Beneficiaries should complete the Application Form, which can be submitted by the patient himself or his representative (family member of the patient) in cases where he/she is unable to do so. Next, the Application Form, fully completed and signed by the applicant and the Personal Physician, must be sent to the e-mail address [email protected] or by facsimile (fax) to 22771496.

It is noted that people who during the initial phase of the vaccination program were not vaccinated, but are sick and wish to be vaccinated, can apply for home vaccination with the 1st and 2nd dose, by filling in the Application Form appropriately. The said Form should be sent signed by both the beneficiary or his representative, as well as by the Personal Physician to the e-mail address [email protected] or by facsimile (fax) to 22771496.
