The revolving tower is the new marvel of 21st century engineering, launched by renowned architect Santiago Calatrava in 2005 with the completion of the Twisting Torso in Malm., Sweden. An impressive -as well as extremely functional- architectural trend that gives the feeling that the building “grows” as it rotates and “rises” to the sky. Since then, a total of 34 revolving towers with a height of 84 to 632 meters have been built & nbsp; or expected to be scattered across 25 countries on all five continents
This & nbsp; exclusive list also includes Cyprus with its own impressive twisting towers in the Marina of Ayia Napa, which will be over 100 meters high and will be visible from the land and the sea. More specifically, the East Tower is located in the marina shopping center, offering a lively and lively environment for residents and visitors, while the West Tower, which is expected to be erected at a later stage, is located in a quieter area of development.

The first (Eastern) tower is expected to be ready in May 2023. The tower over 110 meters high – the tallest building in the area – has reached its peak with all the construction work of the skeleton to be completed in the second week of April. work continues both inside and outside the tower.
Located in an emblematic development of such a scale as the Ayia Napa Marina, it is no surprise that the East Tower has attracted great interest from investors and buyers from the very beginning with 90% of the apartments already sold.
