Evangelitsa Tsoulofta is the new President of the Cyprus Association of Civil Engineers, who was elected & nbsp; at the 29th Annual (Electoral) General Assembly of the Association, which took place on Saturday, March 19, 2022, according to an announcement by the Association. She is the first woman to be elected to the presidency since the founding of the Association, in 1992.
According to an announcement, the new Central Board of Directors of the Association, was formed in a body as follows with President: Evangelitsa Tsoulofta, First Vice President: Milos Ilic, Second Vice President: Myria Loizidi Papanastasiou, General Secretary: Kyriakos Tsiaumapanis B, Member: Nikola Kyriakidis, Member: Dimitris Patsalosavvi, Member (Representative of Nicosia – Kyrenia): Efstathia Giannakou, Member (Representative of Limassol): Antoni Zachariou, Member (Representative of Larnaca) Amfos and Amfos) : Panagiotis Kyriakou.
As mentioned in the announcement, with its new leadership, the Cyprus Association of Civil Engineers will continue to work and be at the forefront of the struggle for the protection of professional rights and the strengthening of of the role of the Civil Engineers of Cyprus as well as the promotion of the science of Civil Engineering – continuing with the same values and ideally, the new Central Board of Directors will set new goals and actions for the next two years.
