EV Cyprus continues to invest in the younger generation, offering students the opportunity to improve their skills through the Summer Internship Programs. As in previous years, this summer EY Cyprus will give the opportunity to about 100 students from Cyprus, Europe, the United Kingdom and the USA to participate in a wide range of activities and educational courses in all departments of the Company.
Participants will have the opportunity, during the three-week Internship Program, to engage and interact in practice with EY professionals, as well as with other students from different Universities, to work in a demanding international work environment and to improve their professional and social skills. At the same time, students will be introduced to new technologies and innovative solutions and will undertake projects either individually or in small groups, thus developing a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
For the first time this year, EY presents < b> Future Skills Summership , a new summer internship program, aimed specifically at high school students. Participants will have the opportunity to address issues not typically covered in schools, meet EY professionals, and get a taste of life in the company. The program is a one-week internship in the form of workshops and hands-on experience. During this week, students will explore topics that focus on the future, such as environmental sustainability, emerging technologies, social and financial education, and more. These workshops aim to encourage students to discover new passions, to explore possible career paths and to become familiar with skills necessary in the future work environment. All workshops are designed to equip young people with transferable skills that will help them succeed and work to create a better work world.
