The announcement also states that “the non-payment of wages as well as the deduction and withholding of deductions from the wages of the workers are offences. Therefore, the workers request the immediate intervention of the Ministry of Labor to proceed in all the actions provided by the wage protection law, as well as to act on the basis of the Industrial Relations Code for the violation of agreements”.
