Iranian Revolutionary Guards Brigadier General Qoumars Pourhasemi was killed in the Syrian province of Aleppo by “terrorists” linked to Israel, as the Iranian news agency SNN reported today without giving further details.
Rebels led by the Islamist militant organization Hayat Tahrir al-Sham invaded yesterday, Wednesday, about a dozen towns and villages in the northwestern province of Aleppo that is under the control of the forces of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
