The off-white landscape and the hazy, cloudy sky are nothing like the island of Cyclades as we know it.
When you hear about Greek islands, your mind automatically goes to summer images, sun, sand, high temperatures, cocktails and of course seas. This is what we think and this is what we love about the Greek islands, since we have identified them with an almost all-year summer. But come on, a little bit of the low temperatures, a little bit of the bad weather “Elpis” came to change our data.
The photo posted by the @meteo_lazio account on Instagram shows the most famous and busiest island in Greece covered by snow! The off-white landscape and the hazy, cloudy sky are nothing like the island of Cyclades as we know it. To be precise, islands such as Andros, Syros and Tinos were among those faced with the unprecedented spectacle.
